Files uploaded before the library existed sit inside their project. This moves them into the library (server-side, nothing re-uploads) so they can be shared. Safe to run again.

Files upload in full quality straight to your storage. An interrupted upload picks up where it left off when you drop the same file again, for up to a week.

Removed items disappear after 30 days. Restore brings back notes and favorites.
Access — codes, clients & links
Enrollment codes
Clients enter a code in the app to get access. One code can be shared by everyone on the project. Set an expiry or a maximum number of uses on a code from its ⋯ menu.

Guest links
Public links you or clients shared. Anyone with a link can watch it until it expires. View only — hides the download button. Films can still be saved by a determined viewer; photos are shared at preview size.
